This full-bodied Pinotage has layered flavours of oak-spice-dusted
maraschino cherry, savoury black olive and green walnut. It is plush
and well balanced with a smooth tannin finish.
Best served with hearty, full-flavoured dishes like roast beef, oxtail, hot
curries and venison. It is a wine with excellent longevity and will gain
further dimension with cellaring for up to 10 years from vintage.
