This unoaked Chardonnay has delicate honeysuckle perfume on the
nose, with lemon and peach notes which persist onto the palate. The
fruit is accented by a subtle salinity, and the wine has a smidgen of
residual sugar to smooth and extend the finish.
This versatile food wine is excellent with sushi, shellfish, poultry, pork
and creamy pastas. Enjoy well chilled and within 2-3 of vintage.
